- Role. Dawai is a marketplace facilitator. Independent licensed pharmacies list availability and fulfill orders (pickup or delivery). Dawai does not own the inventory and is not the seller of medicines.
- No medical advice. The app does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed healthcare professional. Always follow your clinician and the dispensing pharmacy.
- Prescriptions & controlled medicines. Where a prescription is required, the pharmacy is responsible for verifying and dispensing under applicable Sudanese law. Dawai only transmits your request and any uploaded Rx image to that pharmacy.
- Payments. Payments for medicine orders are for physical goods / services consumed outside the app and are arranged with or for the fulfilling pharmacy (e.g. cash, bank transfer). Digital pharmacy SaaS subscriptions are sold separately on the web dashboard, not as in-app digital content in the customer app.
- Accounts. You may use guest mode or register. You can delete your account from the app profile or by contacting info@flexiware.tech.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Dawai is not liable for pharmacy stock accuracy, dispensing decisions, delivery delays by the pharmacy, or medical outcomes. Claims related to the product should be directed to the fulfilling pharmacy.

- الدور. دوائي منصة وسيطة. الصيدليات المرخّصة المستقلة تعرض التوفر وتنفّذ الطلبات. دوائي لا تملك المخزون وليست بائع الأدوية.
- لا استشارة طبية. التطبيق لا يشخص ولا يصف علاجاً ولا يغني عن مختص مرخّص.
- الوصفات والأدوية المنظمة. عند الحاجة لوصفة، التحقق والصرف مسؤولية الصيدلية وفق القانون. دوائي ينقل الطلب وصورة الوصفة إن وُجدت.
- الدفع. مدفوعات طلبات الأدوية لسلع/خدمات مادية تُستهلك خارج التطبيق وتُرتَّب مع الصيدلية المنفّذة. اشتراكات أنظمة الصيدلية تُباع عبر لوحة الويب وليس كمحتوى رقمي داخل تطبيق الزبون.
- الحسابات. يمكنك استخدام وضع الزائر أو التسجيل، وحذف الحساب من الملف الشخصي أو عبر info@flexiware.tech.
- المسؤولية. في حدود القانون، دوائي غير مسؤول عن دقة المخزون أو قرارات الصرف أو التأخير من الصيدلية أو النتائج الطبية. المطالبات المتعلقة بالمنتج تُوجَّه للصيدلية المنفّذة.
