Dawai (“we”) operates a marketplace / facilitator platform that connects customers with independent licensed pharmacies. We do not sell medicines ourselves and do not provide medical advice.
- Account data: name, phone, optional address, and login credentials if you register.
- Orders: product, quantity, pharmacy, fulfillment method, and payment method notes shared with the fulfilling pharmacy.
- Location: used only when you allow it, to show nearby pharmacies and delivery eligibility.
- Prescription images: if you upload an Rx, it is sent to the selected pharmacy for dispensing under applicable law.
- Device / usage: basic technical logs to operate and secure the service.
We share order details with the partner pharmacy that fulfills your request. We do not sell your personal data. You may request account deletion in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing info@flexiware.tech.
